  • 4- Chicken Breasts
  • 1- Packet of Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1- 8 oz package of cream cheese (Preferable softened for mixing)
  • 1-2 Cans of Cream of Mushrooom soup
  • Salt and Pepper (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Put your chicken in the crockpot and sprinkle the Italian seasoning packet over the chicken.
  2. Combine your Cream of Mushroom soup and cream cheese in pot over low heat. Mix the two ingredients until smooth
  3. Pour the mixture from the pot over the chicken
  4. Add Salt and Pepper to taste (Optional)
  5. Cook on Low for at least 4 hours. This can cook all day while you are at work. Once the chicken is done, you can take it our and cut it into cubes or shred. However, you can just leave it hole. It’s just however you prefer your chicken.
  6. Put the chicken back into the crock pot and mix everything together.
  7. Serve over rice or pasta.

*I combined my pasta and chicken alfredo together.
** If the mixture is too thick, feel free to add a splash of milk to loosen the alfredo.
