Iced Coffee Pops – Only TWO Ingredients

iced coffee pops

Oh MY Gosh!!! All my coffee lovers will love this recipe. How about Iced Coffee Pops ??? These are SOOO much better than popsicles you buy in the store. All it takes is TWO ingredients to create these iced cold pops of joy.  You must serve these Iced Coffee Pops when you have your girlfriends over. Delish!!

My recipe is simple, but you can definitely add your own spin and favorite flavors to make the ultimate iced coffee pop.

I used a bag of Starbucks coffee since it’s my favorite and a can of Sweetened Condensed Milk.

ingredients

I have this super handy little Areopress to get a bolder flavor.  The Areopress is optional, so you can use a cooled down version of your favorite coffee and it will taste fine. If you like a heavy rich coffee flavor, you may want to check out one of these Aeropress gadgets.

INGREDIENTS
10 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
10 oz cooled strong Coffee

DIRECTIONS
If you want to make this using the Aeropress, use 3 scoops of ground coffee and fill up to the 3 line before pressing. Then add water to raise to 10 oz. – The Aeropress is optional
Combine 1/3 the coffee with 2/3 of the sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
Divide this mixture evenly into the molds.
Place in freezer for 1 hour or until it is barely frozen.
Combine the remaining 2/3 of the coffee with the remaining 1/3 of the sweetened condensed milk and mix.
Use this mixture to fill the remainder of each mold and insert sticks.
Place in freezer for 3-5 hours.
